Mission statement: To create safe, smart, energy efficient affordable single family homes, mixed use and commercial properties in communities that need it, geared towards low to mid income families, veterans, and seniors, bringing jobs, education & training opportunities, self sufficiency programs, resources, community activities, & youth development Vision statement: An innovative affordable way to renovate & build homes and commercial spaces that help our communities and the economy by cutting the time it takes to build, cutting construction waste, creating homes that are 3 times stronger and energy efficient.
